This session is a combination of techniques that are best if you have pain that is acute, chronic, or specific. These sessions begin with a detailed orthopedic injury assessment. Techniques include active isolated stretching, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, neautomuscular re-education, and cross-fiber friction (a precise, pain-relieving orthopedic massage technique that targets ligaments and tendons.)

THAI BODYWORK

(MAT-BASED)

This session is great if you’re looking to increase flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and find lasting stress-relief. This service is conducted completely clothed on a large floor-mat and is best if you like deep pressure. It is inspired by various massage and bodywork techniques including Thai Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Techniques.

ACTIVE ISOLATED STRETCHING

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a powerfully precise stretching technique that targets specific muscle groups, and parts of the muscle. It can increase the benefits of a regular massage, especially increasing range of motion and flexibility.
